The current government guidelines for gaining health benefits through exercise or regular physical activity are three-five 30-minute sessions of moderate intensity exercise per week.
I will work with you in designing and implementing an exercise and diet programme that is specific to you. I will take into account your goals, current condition, schedule, likes and dislikes, to create a programme that will enhance your lifestyle, resulting in a stronger, fitter, and smarter way of life.
I will use a combination of aerobic exercise such as walking, jogging, and cycling, to improve your cardiovascular fitness, burn fat and increase your metabolism; and resistance training such as free weights and bands to improve strength, muscle tone and further boost metabolism through lean muscle improvements.
